Coaching

  • Helps people who are mentally healthy but want to improve a specific area.

  • Discovers your strengths.

  • Identifies obstacles and works towards creative solutions.

Counseling

  • Focuses on the past and understanding why we are the way we are.

  • Helps people who are dealing with a mental disorders.

  • Diagnoses mental illnesses.

  • Analyzes childhood trauma.
